নিজস্ব সংবাদদাতা, বর্তমানের কথা।কালিয়াগঞ্জ পৌরসভা তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস পরিচালিত পৌরসভা এবং এই পৌরসভার অন্তর্গত ৬ নং ওয়ার্ডে অবস্থিত অনেক পুরোনো রসিদপুর অবৈতনিক প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় ও সংলগ্ন রসিদপুর জুনিয়র উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়। মাত্র ৪ মাসেই বিভিন্ন স্বাদের অবৈধ কর্মকান্ডে জেড়বার তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস পরিচালিত কালিয়াগঞ্জ পৌরসভা কারণ ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কাউন্সিলর জয়া বর্মন দেবশর্মা একের পর এক অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ। ইতিমধ্যেই সকলেই জেনে গেছেন রসিদপুর অবৈতনিক প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় ও সংলগ্ন রসিদপুর জুনিয়র উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় দুটির খেলার মাঠকে সুরক্ষার স্বার্থে পৌর নির্বাচনের প্রাক্কালে কালিয়াগঞ্জ পৌরসভা তাঁদের পৌর বোর্ডের ফান্ড থেকে অর্থ বরাদ্দে প্রাচীর সহ বিদ্যালয়ের পাঠরতা শিশুদের খেলার জন্য সৌন্দর্যায়ন করে। নির্বাচনের পরে নতুন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস পরিচালিত পৌর বোর্ড পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের শিক্ষা দপ্তরের অনুমতি ছাড়া উক্ত বিদ্যালয়ের নিজস্ব খেলার মাঠটি কে পৌর পার্ক হিসেবে আনুষ্ঠানিক ঘোষণা করে। উক্ত আনুষ্ঠানিক ঘোষণায় সংবাদমাধ্যমের সামনে এনিয়ে বক্তব্য তুলে ধরেন পৌর পতি রামনিবাস সাহা এবং বিদ্যালয়ের মাঠে ঐদিন উপস্থিত থেকে ঘোষনা করেন। সেইসাথে পৌরসভার উপপৌরপতি ঈশ্বর রজক, ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কাউন্সিলর জয়া বর্মন দেবশর্মা সহ আরো অনেকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
সবচেয়ে বড় আশ্চর্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের শিক্ষা দপ্তরের যেমন অনুমতি ছিল না তেমনি বিদ্যালয়ের নিজস্ব মাঠে বসে পৌরপতি , উপপৌরপতি ও স্থানীয় কাউন্সিলর বিদ্যালয়ের খেলার মাঠ কে অবৈধভাবে পৌর পার্ক বলে ঘোষনা করছেন অথচ বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ কেও না জানিয়ে। বলতে গেলে একপ্রকার জবড় দখলের মতো কালিয়াগঞ্জ পৌর সভার এহেন অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে একদিকে যেমন পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের মুখে কালিমালিপ্ত করা হচ্ছে বলে চারিদিকে ছিঃ ছিঃ পরছে। এরপরেও সবচেয়ে অবৈধ ও অসাংবিধানিক কার্যক্রম ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কাউন্সিলর এবং কালিয়াগঞ্জ পৌর কর্তৃপক্ষের গোপন যোগসাজশে অবৈধভাবে ঘোষিত বিদ্যালয়ের মাঠ পার্কে পৌর বোর্ডে সর্বসম্মতিক্রমে আলোচনা ও সিদ্ধান্ত ছাড়াই ২ জন কর্মী নিয়োগ করেন।
এই ২ জন কর্মী কে নিয়োগ করা নিয়ে ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কমিটির মধ্যে আলোচনা ছাড়াই গোপনে কাউন্সিলর নিজের আত্মীয় অর্থাৎ নিজের দেওয়ের স্ত্রী ও প্রাক্তন ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল যুব কংগ্রেস সভাপতির স্ত্রী কে নিয়োগ করেন। ইতিমধ্যেই বিদ্যালয়ের সুরক্ষার স্বার্থে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ স্কুলের গেটে তালা ঝুলিয়ে দেওয়ায় অবৈধ কর্মকান্ড কে বৈধ করতে তৎপরতা শুরু করেন স্থানীয় কাউন্সিলর। তিনি ও তাঁর স্বামী দুজনে মিলে বিদ্যালয়ের গেটে তালা খুলে রাখা সহ বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন বৈকাল ৩ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৭ টা পর্যন্ত গেট খুলে রাখার আবেদন পত্রে এলাকার মানুষের স্বাক্ষর সংগ্রহ করে আজ দুপুরে এলাকার কয়েকজন হম্বিতম্বি ইয়ং ম্যান দের নিয়ে ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কাউন্সিলর জয়া বর্মন দেবশর্মা সটাং হাজির হন রসিদপুর অবৈতনিক প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় সহ রসিদপুর জুনিয়র উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের টিচার্স ইন চার্জের কাছে।
সংবাদ মাধ্যমের সামনেই ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কাউন্সিলর জয়া বর্মন দেবশর্মা বিদ্যালয় খুলে রেখে বাচ্চাদের খেলার জন্য আবেদন পত্র জমা দিলেন যেমন তেমনি বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের উপর ইয়ং ম্যান দের দিয়ে জোড়পূর্বক চাপ সৃষ্টি করে নজির স্থাপন করলেন।
আজকের এই ঘটনায় এলাকার পাপাই বিশ্বাস নামে একজন ইয়ং ম্যান যিনি কালিয়াগঞ্জ পৌরসভার কর্মী সে কিভাবে পৌরসভার নিজ দায়িত্বে থেকে পৌরসভায় কার অনুমতি নিয়ে বেলা ১২ টার দিকে নিজের দায়িত্বে ফাঁকি দিয়ে কাউন্সিলর এর সাথে এসে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের উপর কিসের স্বার্থে চড়াও হলেন নাকি স্থানীয় কাউন্সিলর পৌর কর্মী সুদীপ্ত বিশ্বাস (পাপাই) কে পৌরপতির অনুমতি নিয়েই কি আবেদন পত্র জমার সাথে বিদ্যালয়ের কর্তৃপক্ষের উপর চড়াও হতে নিয়ে আসলেন এই নিয়েও
গুঞ্জন বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গণেই। সংবাদ মাধ্যমের ক্যামেরার সামনে ৬ নং ওয়ার্ড তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কাউন্সিলর জয়া বর্মন দেবশর্মা তাঁর বক্তব্যে বললেন তাঁকে না জানিয়ে বিদ্যালয়ের গেটে তালা কেন ঝুলানো হলো। এটাই নাকি অবৈধ কাজ। অথচ এত অবৈধ কর্মকান্ড তিনি ঘটালেন বলে সকলে ছিঃ ছিঃ করছে সেটা নাকি অবৈধ কর্মকান্ড নয় অথচ এক অবৈধ কে ঢাকতে আজকে যেভাবে এক নেক্কারজনক কর্মকাণ্ড ঘটিয়ে দিলেন অর্থাৎ এলাকার কতিপয় ইয়ং ম্যান দের নিয়ে এসে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ দিদিমনিদের উপর চড়াও হলেন তা দেখে হতবাক বিদ্যালয়ের কচিকাঁচা থেকে দিদিমনিরা।
